Many customers of Steamer’s Carpet Care call us because they know we offer carpet cleaning services.  What we sometimes find is that our customers didn’t know that we clean area rugs too.  Rugs trap the same amount of dry soil that carpet does.  However, we find many people fail to realize that these household items need to be professionally cleaned as well.  If your home has area rugs are on top of wood floors, pets in particular find them to be the one spot in which they want to do “their business” because most pets want a soft place to urinate other than hardwood floors. An area rug sometimes is the only place where Fido feels comfortable to use the bathroom.  So cleaning area rugs is a good part of a homeowner’s overall cleaning strategy.

Steamer’s Carpet Care has off-site rug cleaning service for those area rugs that need a little extra care. While we do a thorough rug cleaning while in house, we offer the option for pick-up and delivery of rugs that need a bit more attention at our warehouse.  This gives us the ability to be more thorough than with our standard in-home rug cleaning. It is a great option for rugs that get a little more traffic over them and allows us a better chance at tough pet urine and odor removal.  Our off-site rug cleaning is a more expensive option though and many customers prefer to get their area rugs cleaned in their own home.  We can provide in home rug cleaning while we are cleaning your carpet, tile, or upholstery.
