I am the owner of Steamer’s Carpet Care, and I have never put a post up on our testimonials page, but I had to let everybody know of a good deed that one of our employees did this past week. TJ Farrar, a technician with Steamer’s Carpet Care for over five years, was cleaning a home on the Northwest side of San Antonio, when he looked up and noticed smoke coming from a home about six houses down. Within moments after he first saw the smoke, the smoke drastically increased and went from white to black. TJ sprang into action and sprinted down to the house realizing that this home was on fire and that somebody possibly could be inside! TJ first quickly knocked on the door to inform a new mother & her baby to get out of the house, and then he quickly went to extinguishing the fire. TJ’s quick thinking and take charge actions saved the home, and most importantly, possibly saved the mother & baby if they had not noticed in time! The husband even called our office to say thank you. All of us here at Steamer’s Carpet Care are happy everything is OK. We have always been proud of TJ around here, but today we think he needs an extra pat on the back for such quick thinking. Great work TJ!!!
