Steamer’s Carpet Care Owner, Jon Bibb, is here to answer some common questions from customers. Today’s carpet cleaning topic is “Grooming Carpet” See the video for Jon’s answer.

Jon explains, that grooming carpet is the 14th step of Steamer’s Carpet Care’s 14-step process. It’s the very last step of service performed while the technicians are in your home. It entails using a carpet rake through the carpet fibers to stand the fibers up. The reason the technicians prefer to groom the carpet is that if the carpet fibers are left folded over, it prevents airflow.
