To qualify for the award, a business must earn a minimum number of positive, unsolicited customer reviews on Angie’s List and have an overall “grade point average” of 3.5 or better, which Angie’s List calls an “A” rating. Steamer’s Carpet Care is extremely pleased to have earned a GPA of 3.97 for the year.

Every year, Angie’s List gives this award to fewer than 5 percent of the businesses in each city, so the competition for this award is fierce. Businesses have to meet a minimum number of required reviews for the year for their city, be in good standing with Angie’s List and meet the highest standards of ratings.
