Dear Steamer’s,

I am delighted to share with you my complete satisfaction with the services your company recently provided to me.  My daughter, her husband and four small children ages seven, six, three, and one have been living with me for the past year while their home was being built.  Needless to say, the rugs were is horrible condition when your employees arrived.  The end results exceeded my expectations.

In particular, your lead technician, Brett, did a fabulous job and was very professional, helpful, and courteous.  He is an asset to your operation and company.  I have been in the Customer Service industry for 35 years and I easily recognize someone who is sensitive to the needs and expectations of others and then delivers.  Brett is such an individual without a doubt.

In the future, we will think of your company when the need arises or if someone asks for a referral.  Again, thank you for the great job that your company and Brett performed at our home.
