To whom it may concern:
On April 13th , I called your company
to inquire about the possibility of
cleaning the carpets, because another
company did not show or notify me of
any delay. Your company assured me that
someone would be there that day to
accommodate the job required.
Although the appointment was scheduled
for later in the day, I was apprehensive
about the quality of service, thinking
that the job would be rushed to
finish the end of the day . For this
reason, I am compelled to write this
letter of praise for two of your
employees Curtis Callison and Andrew. I
appreciated their prompt arrival. Their
courteous manner was impeccable. The
cooperation and respect that they
demonstrated towards each other
and myself, as the client, is a demeanor
that I find refreshing. I can truly say
that the effort, thoroughness and
attention to detail in their work is
undeniably the best this industry has to
offer. Curtis and Andrew are to be
commended for the kind of quality and
pride in their work, that one would
expect, and for these two employees not
enough can be said. It speaks well for
the representation of your company.
As a result
of this dedication to service and
satisfaction of a job well done, I will
continue to use and refer to other
customers to your Carpet Care service .
