The technicians did a wonderful job! I have used two different companies in the past and I have not been pleased. Steamer's Carpet Care is the first company to leave me pleased with the service. I will definitely be calling you back in the future.

I just wanted to let you know that you have two awesome employees with Joseph and Jeff. They showed up right on time and were very professional. They paid great attention to detail, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) . . . they also worked very much as a team, with one grooming the carpet and the other moving the drying fans. I have used other companies before, but I could have not been more pleased with my carpet and the service they gave me.

We didn't get back home until late and I was worried the carpet would still be wet. When we got to the house, we noticed that the technicians had turned on the fans and left the rooms at the proper temperature for the carpet to dry. I just had to call and let you know they did a wonderful job.
