I wanted to let your owner know that your technicians Brian & Brandon did a phenominal job! I was very impressed with the way they worked together on setting everything up, they mapped it out and communicated to each other. I was also very impressed because they came into a very maticulous person's home and cleaned it the way I would have cleaned it! They were very friendly and extremely professional. I was extremely comfortable that background checks were done and thanks for the way you have your hiring process setup! They represented Steamer's Carpet Care very well, and, your receptionist called as a reminder and informed me when the technicians were going to arrive. I wanted to surprise my wife and daughter before they got home from their trip. Thanks again!

We had your technicians out here yesterday and they did an excellent job! They were very attentive about covering their shoes with shoe covers. This is the second time that we have used you and by far the very best! Again, they did an excellent job and were on time! Please let your owner know!

Bobby and Jeff were very cordial and did an excellent job! I have a small house and had a contract with another company but they stopped coming to this area. I heard about Steamer's Carpet Care on KTSA and I am very pleased with how my carpets look now.
