I am delighted to share with you my complete satisfaction with the services your company recently provided to me. My daughter, her husband and four small children ages seven, six, three, and one have been living with me for the past year while their home was being built. Needless to say, the rugs were is horrible condition when your employees arrived. The end results exceeded my expectations.
In particular, your lead technician, Brett, did a fabulous job and was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He is an asset to your operation and company. I have been in the Customer Service industry for 35 years and I easily recognize someone who is sensitive to the needs and expectations of others and then delivers. Brett is such an individual without a doubt.

To whom it may concern:
On April 13th , I called your company to inquire about the possibility of cleaning the carpets, because another company did not show or notify me of any delay. Your company assured me that someone would be there that day to accommodate the job required.
Although the appointment was scheduled for later in the day, I was apprehensive about the quality of service, thinking that the job would be rushed to finish the end of the day . For this reason, I am compelled to write this letter of praise for two of your employees Curtis Callison and Andrew. I appreciated their prompt arrival. Their courteous manner was impeccable. The cooperation and respect that they demonstrated towards each other and myself, as the client, is a demeanor that I find refreshing. I can truly say that the effort, thoroughness and attention to detail in their work is undeniably the best this industry has to offer. Curtis and Andrew are to be commended for the kind of quality and pride in their work, that one would expect, and for these two employees not enough can be said. It speaks well for the representation of your company.

Dear Steamer's Management,
Thank you so much - my carpets look excellent! I am happy to let you know that your technicians are the most wonderful guys - both of them were friendly, courteous, hard working, and showed genuine concern for my needs.
I particularly liked how they cared for my home, like wearing protective shoe coverings before they ever came inside. And when they cleaned the carpets - they didn't miss a thing. It was obvious that these technicians had been trained not only in how to clean carpets, but in how to be nice gentlemen as well. Very professional.
When friends talk about needing their carpets cleaned. I will not hesitate to tell them who to call - Steamer's Carpet Care. Thanks again!
