Hey Jon, this is David C. I've been a Steamer's Carpet Care customer for quite some time now, and I just had TJ and Brandon come out to my house to clean a car and the house . . . and I have to tell you that I don't know where you get your technicians from but everytime you send them out here . . . they are great!! The way that Steamer's Carpet Care cleans carpet is the right way to do it. I grew up cleaning carpet in high school and I know the way your guys do it is the right way. Also, they couldn't have been any more polite or nicer. What a pleasant group of people you have working for you!

I wanted to let your owner know that your technicians Brian & Brandon did a phenominal job! I was very impressed with the way they worked together on setting everything up, they mapped it out and communicated to each other. I was also very impressed because they came into a very maticulous person's home and cleaned it the way I would have cleaned it! They were very friendly and extremely professional. I was extremely comfortable that background checks were done and thanks for the way you have your hiring process setup! They represented Steamer's Carpet Care very well, and, your receptionist called as a reminder and informed me when the technicians were going to arrive. I wanted to surprise my wife and daughter before they got home from their trip. Thanks again!
