Q: How long will I have to wait for your technicians to arrive?
A: We give a one hour window for our technicians to arrive for your convenience. We would be happy to give you a call while we are in route to your home or business if you would like – just tell the Steamer’s Carpet Care representative when you make your appointment.

Q: How early should I call and make an appointment for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s?
A: Thanksgiving and the Christmas holiday season are our busiest. We still will most likely have some appointment times available close to the holiday, but we suggest that you call several weeks ahead of time to get the day and time that you would prefer.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Steamer’s Carpet Care accepts cash, local checks and all four major credit cards.

To pay by check, we do require a valid license number and date of birth.
