Assistant Carpet Technician :	No experience necessary. Growth potential to a lead technician is a real possibility with hard work and a willingness to learn. Dependability and trustworthiness a must.

Lead Carpet Technician :	Lead technicians must possess one year of experience as a lead carpet cleaning technician. Communications skills, dependability, and trustworthiness are a must. Valid drivers license and good driving record are required. IICRC certifications and water extraction certifications are a plus, but not necessary.
